Bidwell provides literacy and remedial education and partners with leading corporations to design high-caliber, market-relevant career training programs that lead to entry-level employment.

By Bob Karlovits, PITTSBURGH TRIBUNE-REVIEW
Sunday, September 18, 2011

Manchester Craftsmen's Guild's success as a jazz venue began with a simple concept.

"Pittsburgh is a 'word of mouth' town, and the word has been that the Guild is a good place to go," said Bill Strickland, its founder, CEO and president.

This week, Manchester Craftsmen's Guild enters its 25th year having hosted 1,638 concerts with 2,714 performers, from trumpet legend Dizzy Gillespie to guitarist Pat Metheny.
